Tender, boneless pork country style ribs cooked in the air fryer for a caramelized exterior and juicy interior, finished with a bold, sticky BBQ glaze.

  • 2 lbs country style pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and coat them in olive oil.
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub evenly onto all sides of the pork.
  3. Place ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  5. Mix BBQ sauce with apple cider vinegar and brush generously over the ribs.
  6. Increase temperature back to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 3-5 minutes until the glaze bubbles.
  7. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
