2 lbs country style pork ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and coat them in olive oil.
Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub evenly onto all sides of the pork.
Place ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Mix BBQ sauce with apple cider vinegar and brush generously over the ribs.
Increase temperature back to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 3-5 minutes until the glaze bubbles.
Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
