  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced

  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions
