  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles (broken in half)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer browned beef to the slow cooker and stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and stir until well combined.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
  5. Stir in the broken spaghetti noodles and cook for another 30-60 minutes until tender.
