  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 ripe mango, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, ginger, garlic, green onions, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
