  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
