A hearty, one-pot version of traditional Polish stuffed cabbage rolls, blending savory pork, tender cabbage, and tangy tomato broth.

  • 1 small head Savoy cabbage, shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground pork in a large pot over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add diced onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth and apple cider vinegar; bring to a boil.
  5. Add shredded cabbage and cooked rice; stir well.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes until cabbage is tender.
