  • 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil, stirring to glaze the beef.
  4. Add spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet.
  5. Toss and sauté for 2-3 minutes until zucchini is just tender.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
