  • 1 fresh pineapple, sliced into rings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate chicken in a zip-top bag for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
