- 1 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp ice water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup vanilla sugar

- Add ice water gradually until dough forms; chill for 1 hour.
