A refreshing summer parfait layering thick Greek yoghurt, fresh seasonal berries, and crunchy granola with a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Granola
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey

Instructions

  1. Place a dollop of Greek yoghurt at the bottom of two glasses.
  2. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yoghurt.
  3. Add a layer of blueberries and sliced strawberries.
  4. Drizzle honey over the fruit layer.
  5. Repeat the layers once more.
  6. Garnish with a few extra berries and a final honey drizzle.
