  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook bacon or sausage in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.
  2. 2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet, scramble eggs over medium heat until creamy. Remove from heat.
  3. 3. Slice croissants in half horizontally. Spread mayonnaise on one side and Dijon mustard on the other. Layer bacon/sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, and spinach inside.
