  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temp of 165°F). Rest and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
