  • 1 lb snow or king crab legs (pre-cooked)
  • 8 oz Andouille sausage (sliced)
  • 2 ears corn on the cob (halved)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Clean seafood by rinsing shrimp and removing shells if needed. Halve potatoes and chop corn.
  2. In a large pot, add water and salt, bringing to a rolling boil. Add potatoes first, cooking for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn pieces to the pot, cooking until both are tender.
  4. Stir in sliced sausage and let simmer for another five minutes.
  5. Gently add crab legs and shrimp; cook until shrimp turns pink and opaque, about five minutes.
  6. Serve on platters lined with parchment paper or newspaper, drizzling generously with the prepared sauce.
