2 medium English cucumbers, sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
Slice cucumbers into thin rounds.
Halve cherry tomatoes and thinly slice red onion.
