  • 3 large jalapeños, finely diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • Water for sealing

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp and chop into small pieces.
  2. Dice jalapeños and mix them with softened cream cheese and bacon.
  3. Place one tablespoon of filling on a wrapper.
  4. Fold in sides and roll tightly, sealing with water.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F in a deep skillet.
