  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Place trimmed green beans into the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the green beans and stir gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 1.5-2 hours until beans are tender.
  5. Just before serving, stir in melted butter and top with fried onions.
  6. Serve immediately while the topping is crunchy.
