1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Blanch and peel peaches.
Blend peaches, honey, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
Pour mixture into a shallow metal pan.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Stir vigorously with a fork to break up ice crystals.
Repeat stirring every hour for 3 additional hours until scoopable.
