  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
  • 1 cup cooked rice, white or brown
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs and extra cheese for the topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Whisk heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until butter is melted.
  3. Combine rice, chicken, and broccoli with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  4. Transfer sauce mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with cheddar, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and additional cheese.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden; let rest 5 minutes before serving.
