  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water. In a medium saucepan, combine with water or broth. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer covered for about 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
