A decadent, creamy copycat of the famous Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo featuring garlicky cream sauce and tender grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  2. Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce until fully coated.
