  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until silky.
  3. Combine egg, milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Fold in mashed bananas, then stir in breadcrumbs.
