  • 2 salmon fillets (6oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Grease the air fryer basket or line with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub fillets with olive oil.
  4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; rub onto the flesh side of the salmon.
  5. Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets before serving.
